Joan Optican Herman
Joan joined Hovey Williams in 2004. Currently, she works in a number of areas in the field of IP law, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, trademark registration, protection and licensing, trade secret law, and unfair competition. Joan finds that practicing IP law is the perfect solution to combine her education in chemistry with the practice of law.
