Richard G. Rozier
Richard focuses his expertise in patent law on the preparation and prosecution of electrical, electronic, audio, computer, software, communications, and mechanical patent applications.
Before joining Hovey Williams, Richard worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs in New Jersey, and as a test and development engineer for Xanoptix, Inc., a startup company in Merrimack, NH that manufactured optical transceiver cores. His interest in patent law grew from his experience at Bell Labs, and he has since moved from the inventive side to the practitioner side of the patent process.
