Randall focuses his expertise in patent law on mechanical and electromechanical patent prosecution.
As a graduate research assistant in mechanical engineering, Randall played an integral role in the founding of the National Gas Machinery Laboratory (NGML) at Kansas State University. The NGML, one of the university's most successful institutes, develops practical, cost-effective solutions for the natural gas transmission industry. Randall's interest and inspiration in patent law can be attributed to his father, who was chosen as a national semifinalist in the History Channel's 2006 "Invent Now" competition.
