An important day for the Kansas City area is almost here. On Monday, Nov. 12, a major weeklong conference begins — dedicated to supporting and celebrating innovative people who launch startup businesses — Global Entrepreneurship Week. On Thursday, Nov. 15, from 10:00 to 11:30 am, our lawyers Blair Barbieri and Crissa Cook will present on legal remedies for violations for intellectual property rights.
In their presentation titled “Cease and Desist? What to Do When Your Intellectual Property Rights Are Violated,” attorneys Barbieri and Cook will share information about what to do when another person or business uses your ideas, products or brands without your permission.
