At Hovey Williams LLP, we wanted to share that despite the current government shutdown, now on its third day, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will continue to operate.
Due to fee collections from previous years, the office is able to continue to remain open for business. Should the shutdown continue, the office may have to limit or close operations once the funds run out.
