Chandler joined Hovey Williams in 2015 as a clerk while pursuing his law degree. Now as a registered patent attorney, Chandler guides clients in intellectual property procurement and enforcement. His practice extends to a wide variety of technologies and industries, including electronics, semiconductors, optics, power systems, electric motors, communication systems and antennas, software and computer-related inventions, and the mechanical arts. His specialties include the preparation, prosecution, and licensing of U.S. and foreign patent applications. He is also experienced in IP litigation and evaluations of IP portfolios, including the preparation of patentability, invalidity, and infringement opinions.
