Her expertise focuses on a full range of trademark transactions, including trademark clearance searches, trademark application prosecution, assignments, and renewals, to enforcing and defending trademark rights from infringement. She works closely with businesses and individuals in protecting their trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.

Lauren also has an extensive background in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. She assists clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including licensing agreements, acquisitions, and general business counseling.
