Matthew B. Walters Partner

Matt focuses principally on intellectual property litigation. He has extensive patent litigation experience in federal district courts from Hawaii to Boston involving diverse technological fields, including medical devices, aseptic packaging, fish processing, fertilizers, agricultural equipment, rangefinders, and various types of consumer goods.

Matt also has substantial experience in post grant review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He participated in preparation and litigation of the first inter partes review proceeding ever conducted at the Patent Office. Before that, Matt gained significant experience conducting ex parte and inter partes reexamination proceedings before the Patent Office.
