Nate W. Elmer Associate

Nate is a registered patent attorney with experience in both intellectual property litigation and prosecution. On the litigation side, he represents clients in patent and trademark disputes in federal district court across a range of technology areas, including mechanical and electrical devices. He also assists clients with alternatives to traditional litigation, such as Amazon’s Patent Evaluation Express program (APEX) and other online enforcement tools.

When it comes to prosecution, Nate works with inventors and businesses before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, drafting and prosecuting patent applications for mechanical and electrical inventions. He focuses on helping clients secure strong, defensible patents that protect their innovations.
