Our Associate, Jaclyn Alcantra, and Denise Dantzler (former Hovey Associate), helped coordinate The Annual Kansas Bar Association Intellectual Property Law CLE Conference on Friday, May 12th, 2023 at Aspiria Campus in Overland Park, where several key topics relating to IP Law in 2023 were addressed. The Conference was held in person for the first time since 2019 right here in Overland Park!  Our Partner, Blair Barbieri, presented on “Enforcing Trademarks and Copyrights in the Digital Marketplace.”

Jaclyn co-presented on ‘Patent Year in Review’ alongside Ben Mazahery, of The Marbury Law Group, PLLC; Jordan Cowger, of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP; and Denise Dantzler  of Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC.

 

 

It was great to see many familiar faces there!
