Blair has devoted her legal practice to assist clients in securing and protecting their intellectual property.  Her expertise focuses on trademark and copyright law, from procurement of registrations through the enforcement and defense of our client’s proprietary rights.  She has gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in our nation’s federal and local courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  The breadth of her practice allows Blair to bring a unique combination of transactional, negotiating, and litigation skills to the table.  Blair’s services further extend to working with individuals and businesses alike on contractual matters, domain name disputes, marketing guidance, and matters involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and unfair competition claims.
